Marriage Loan for Retirees’ Children: Eligibility & Terms
The National Retirement Fund has introduced a 60-million-toman marriage loan (600 million rials) for retirees’ children, with a 5% service fee and a 60-month repayment period. Key conditions include:
- Marriage contracts dated March 2024 or later.
- Applicants must be covered by the National Retirement Fund.
- Loans are exclusively for children of retirees or surviving spouses.
Required Documents:
- Retiree’s and couple’s national ID cards.
- Marriage certificate.
- Bank account details (Bank Saderat Iran).
Application Process:
Eligible retirees can apply via the National Retirement Fund’s portal (eservices.cspf.ir) under the “Marriage Loan” section. Incomplete submissions will be rejected.
Retired Teachers’ 2021 Adjustment Payments Finalized
Deputy Director of the Retirement Fund, Vaghani Arani, confirmed that outstanding 2021 salary adjustments for retired teachers will be paid with August pensions, following coordination with the Plan and Budget Organization.
New Credit Service for Retirees: “Tara” Platform
A new agreement with the “Tara” platform grants retirees 10 million tomans in credit for purchases at partner stores (e.g., Digikala, Hyperstar, Ofogh Koorosh). Deductions occur after two months. Launch dates will follow technical preparations.
Objective: Financial Support for Retirees & Families
Fund CEO Hojat Mirzaei emphasized these initiatives aim to ease retirees’ financial burdens and support youth marriage prospects. The marriage loan program will continue through 2024, with future phases planned.
