National ID: The Essential Requirement
Through a post on the social media platform X, Ahmadnia confirmed that the sole determinant for subsidy eligibility is possession of a valid national identification number issued by the country’s Civil Registration Organization. This policy applies uniformly to all individuals residing in the country.
A Transparent and Rule-Based System
The official emphasized that the distribution of subsidies is conducted systematically based on income decile classifications announced by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare. Only those individuals formally registered within the state’s identification system and who fall within the designated income brackets are eligible for this form of government support.
Clarity on Foreign Nationals
