Earlier, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressed his country’s strong support for the trilateral working group meeting in Abu Dhabi, characterizing it as a vital step towards broader security dialogues. The Russian contingent is led by Igor Kostyukov, who serves as the Head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces. On the Ukrainian side, the delegation is headed by Rustem Umerov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
