Title: New Phase of Government Subsidy Distributed, Aiding Millions of Families
Tehran – In its latest phase of social support, the Iranian government has deposited the 177th round of monthly subsidies for the current Persian month of Aban, providing direct financial assistance to millions of eligible households across the nation.
Eligibility and Distribution
The subsidy payment has been deposited into the accounts of family heads falling within the fourth to ninth income deciles, as classified by the Ministry of Cooperation, Labour, and Social Welfare. This initiative is part of the government’s ongoing and structured social welfare program, designed to offer economic support to a broad segment of the population.
Scope of the Support
Official reports confirm that a substantial sum was transferred and is now available for withdrawal by over 14.4 million registered family heads. This financial support directly benefits a total of approximately 41.8 million citizens represented by these households. The distribution is being efficiently managed through 28 designated partner banks operating nationwide.
Transparent Financial Management
The Targeted Subsidies Organization, overseeing the program, emphasized that the deposited amounts are calculated with full transparency. For beneficiaries who have received government loans, the due installments have been automatically deducted prior to the transfer, ensuring a clear and orderly financial process for all parties involved. This system underscores the government’s commitment to responsible and structured economic support for its citizens.
