Since the beginning of the current Iranian calendar year (March 2024), the timing for depositing Social Security pension funds has been revised. Payments are now consolidated into the final three days of each month. According to the Organization, this strategic shift is designed to enhance the management of the high volume of transactions and improve coordination with the national banking network, ensuring a more streamlined process.
Specific September 2024 Payment Dates
Pensioners under the Social Security scheme will receive their September income on September 20, 21, and 22. Furthermore, state (governmental) retirees are scheduled to be paid on September 21, while military retirees will receive their funds on September 22.
This organized approach aims to provide clarity for retirees and facilitate smoother financial operations across the country’s institutions.
