Persistence FC Under Ethics Committee Scrutiny Over Past Player Contract
The Ethics Committee of the Football Federation has officially opened an investigation into a past contractual matter involving Persistence FC, following a directive from the Federation’s spokesman.
Committee Requests Documentation
The inquiry focuses on the contract of Mojtaba Fakhrian, a former player of Shams Azar Qazvin FC, with Persistence FC. The investigation was initiated in response to claims made during an internet program. Spokesman Amir Mehdi Alavi stated that the Ethics Committee has formally requested all relevant documentation from both the internet program in question and Persistence FC to substantiate the allegations.
Parallel Inquiry into Player Suspension
In a related development, the committee has also called upon Shayan Masaleh, the captain of the Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan team, to provide necessary documentation regarding the reasons behind his recent suspension. This move signifies the committee’s broader effort to ensure transparency and address ongoing disciplinary matters within the league.
New Ticketing and Fan Placement Protocols
In a separate announcement, the Public Relations Manager of the Football Federation outlined new operational procedures for the upcoming league matches. Starting from the third week of the Persian Gulf Pro League, all ticket sales for matches must be conducted exclusively through the official ticketing system. Furthermore, spectator placement in the stands must strictly adhere to designated zones based on assigned seat numbers. The Federation warned that any failure to comply with these new regulations will result in the case being immediately referred to the Disciplinary Committee.
