Tehran, Iran – Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has arrived in Islamabad, the Pakistani capital, following a brief but significant one-day trip to Oman. This marks Araghchi’s second visit to Pakistan within the last 48 hours, underscoring a renewed focus on bilateral diplomatic ties.

Upon his arrival at the Nur Khan Airbase, Minister Araghchi was warmly welcomed by Pakistan’s Interior Minister, Syed Mohsin Naqvi. The Iranian Ambassador to Islamabad, Reza Amiri Moghaddam, was also present to greet the visiting dignitary, signaling the importance of the occasion.
